About Me
Wholehearted Commitment
Through my studies and career I have grown and I have started from scratch in different environments and cultures multiple times. I grew up in the North of Italy, studied and lived in the South and North East of Germany as an adult, moved to San Francisco first and then New York City, before relocating full time to Nantucket. This experience of constant profound change has given me not only many lessons on resilience, but a broader perspective on bio individuality applied to the many aspects of a healthy living in different realities. I have worked supporting people psychologically since 2006 and I have expanded my practice into teaching and into holistic wellness, intended as a healthier Lifestyle on the many different aspects of Life. My psychotherapeutic education taught me to always work on a case specific approach, which is exactly how integrative nutrition works. My focus with each individual is to not only come up with a personalized path towards health, but to provide them with insights and tools to build long lasting changes for themselves. Food is never just about food. Our habits are never just a matter of will power. Our stories play a significant role in how we take care of ourselves and where we tend to get stuck. My job is to provide guidance on this journey to make it a powerful and significant one.
While we can all agree that we want change, we rarely have a plan on how to make that change happen and last.
